To accommodate different contract timeframes and urgent due diligence windows, our booking fees are calculated automatically based on your requested appointment date and time:

• Standard Appointment ($299 AUD): Designed for standard contract due diligence. This rate applies to all bookings outside of a 48 hours window —from the time of booking, allowing our team to schedule and coordinate access seamlessly.

• Urgent Priority Appointment ($599 AUD): Structured for time-critical situations, fast-approaching contract condition deadlines, or short notice periods. This priority rate applies automatically when an appointment is scheduled within 48 hours, ensuring rapid dispatch, expedited scheduling, and immediate report turnaround to protect looming deadlines.
